Dnipro authorities stated that Russia struck the city with cluster munitions

City mayor Borys Filatov published a photo of damaged asphalt, showing traces similar to those left after the use of cluster munitions.

"Just look under your feet. All the asphalt is broken. These are cluster munitions. They deliberately strike with clusters to cause more casualties among civilians, police, rescuers, and utility services," the city mayor stated.

According to the latest data, 11 people, including two children aged 3 and 8, died as a result of the strike on Dnipro. 50 houses were damaged, seven of which were completely destroyed. People may still be under the rubble.
