Fire breaks out at a factory in Poland producing components for drones. Sabotage version being investigated
Tonight, a factory belonging to WB Electronics, a company specializing in the production of composite structures and control systems for drones, caught fire in the city of Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland.
The fire alarm at the enterprise went off shortly after midnight. The fire originated near the production facility and an electronics warehouse, but it was quickly extinguished.
Given the specific nature of the enterprise, employees of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) have been involved in the investigation. As noted by Jacek Dobrzynski, spokesman for the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services, similar incidents are being investigated for possible sabotage.
The parent company, WB Group, reported that the scale of the fire was small, and production is planned to resume after all necessary procedures and expert evaluations are completed.
At this stage, ABW refrains from official comments.
