The first sales of fresh chanterelles have started on the counters of Komarovsky Market in Minsk. Due to abundant early summer rains, Belarusian forests have yielded an early mushroom harvest, writes «Minskaya Pravda».

Sellers estimate a kilogram of chanterelles at 35 rubles. As an "ideal addition" to the mushrooms, one of the market's stalls offers young potatoes at 8 rubles per kilogram.

Earlier, mushrooms were spotted elsewhere at Komarovka, sold not by weight, but by volume — in containers.
1.5 liters of chanterelles cost 25 rubles, 0.5 liters — 10 rubles.
