Belavia airline is resuming flights from Minsk to the Thai island of Phuket. The first flights on this route are scheduled for October 21 and 23, and return flights from Phuket will begin on October 30.

From October 29, flights will operate on a regular basis twice a week. Departures from Minsk are scheduled for Thursdays and Sundays, and from Phuket — on Fridays and Mondays.
The one-way ticket price starts from 1731 rubles, and a round-trip flight — from 3057 rubles.
Belavia first launched flights to Phuket in January of this year, but they operated approximately once every ten to eleven days. In late spring, flights to Thailand, as well as to Da Nang (Vietnam), were suspended due to a sharp increase in aviation fuel costs and its shortage on certain routes.
The company notes that the fuel supply situation is gradually improving, so flights to Thailand will reappear in the winter schedule. In addition to Phuket, from October 25, Belavia plans to resume regular flights from Minsk to Bangkok.
