Siarhei Adamovich, a Belarusian bass guitarist known for his participation in numerous music projects, has died. His death was announced in a thematic community on Threads.
Siarhei Adamovich was born in Vawkavysk, where he graduated from secondary school No. 6. He then enrolled in the Hrodna College of Arts, specializing in bass guitar.
Adamovich had extensive experience working with renowned groups: the Hrodna Philharmonic Big Band under the direction of Barys Myahkou, Inter-Show Orkestr Barys Antonenka, OpTeamist Project, CherMen (sympho rock), Benny D’Art (acoustic quartet), and many other music projects. Among others, he played in the bands Stoptime band and "Amplituda Smelosti" (Amplitude of Courage). More recently, he was a member of the Chili Cover Band.
He performed on radio and television broadcasts, and was a participant in television projects such as "Estradny Cocktail" (ONT TV channel), "Zorny Ring" (Star Ring) on STB, and others.
As a studio session musician, he performed at various concert venues with well-known Belarusian (and not only) artists: Nadzeya Mikulich, Gyunesh, the band NAVI. As part of the fusion project Stop Time, he performed at various international jazz festivals: Klaipeda Jazz, Siauliai Jazz, Augustow Jazz, Grodno Jazz, and others.
