Man dies in fire in Lyuban district

On October 14, rescuers received a report about a fire in an apartment of a multi-apartment residential building in the agro-town of Osavets, Lyuban district, on Sovietskaya street.

When rescuers arrived at the scene, smoke was coming from the apartment on the first floor. During reconnaissance, they found the owner of the dwelling in the hallway, carried her out into the fresh air, and handed her over to medics. After examination, the woman was hospitalized.

In the room, firefighters found a deceased man on the bed.
