On Sunday night, neighboring countries will set their clocks back by an hour.

In fact, of course, with today's progress, clocks in smartphones and laptops will adjust automatically.
Only wall clocks, floor clocks, and timers in ovens and microwaves will need to be adjusted manually.
Belarus, like Russia, and most CIS countries, have not switched clocks since 2012. In general, out of 200 countries worldwide, about 70 states switch to winter time.
European countries were supposed to abandon the switch to winter time a few years ago, but are still lacking some final decisive decision.
The time difference between Minsk, Vilnius, Riga, and Kyiv will be one hour; with Warsaw and Berlin — two.
The switch to winter time will slightly adjust bus schedules in the western direction, as well as flight schedules.
Winter time in Europe will last until the last week of March.
