In the Chausy District, a Cyclist Died Under the Wheels of a Car

The accident occurred on the evening of October 24 near the village of Smolka.

A 55-year-old female driver of a Volkswagen car hit a 59-year-old man who was riding a bicycle in the same direction in the middle of the lane. From the injuries sustained, the cyclist died at the scene of the accident.

Neither the man nor his bicycle were marked with retroreflective elements.
