The college wanted to sue the student and collect 13 thousand rubles from him — but the young man fought back against the system
Once, Zakhar entered college under a targeted referral — he was preparing to work on a tower crane. Due to health problems, he had to quit his studies, and the college wanted to recover a huge sum from Zakhar, but the guy won the lawsuit.
It all started in 2022. Zakhar told on TikTok that back then, as a minor, he entered college and together with his mother signed a targeted agreement with the company "Mechanization Department No. 79". After graduation, the guy had to work for two years under the targeted referral, but that didn't bother him.
Problems arose in his second year — Zakhar's curator began to bully him:
«They simply squeezed me out, I ended up in the hospital. I wrote complaints to all authorities: to the Ministry [of Education], to the Committee for Education, to the Minsk City Executive Committee. I even reached a member of the Council of the Republic. It was pointless — all complaints were sent back to the college. And after that, a real war began, they simply hated me».
When Zakhar was enrolled in the third year, his industrial practice was supposed to begin. But it was difficult with it, because the guy started to get dizzy frequently, and with such a problem, working on a tower crane, i.e., at height, is dangerous.

На втором курсе начался буллинг. Травля. Меня просто выживали. Я попал в больницу. Писал жалобы во все инстанции: в Министерство, в Комитет по образованию, в Мингорисполком. Дошёл до члена Совета Республики. Бесполезно. Все жалобы спускали обратно в колледж. И после этого началась настоящая война. Меня просто возненавидели. А теперь самое главное. Моя профессия — работа на башенном кране. Это высота. Это опасно. Перед практикой я говорил мастерам, что у меня кружится голова, мне плохо. Они не отправили меня на медкомиссию. Они допустили меня к работе на кране по справке для физкультуры! Это как дать права на управление самолётом человеку, у которого просто проверили зрение. Это незаконно. Это прямая угроза моей жизни. Я всё равно ходил на практику. Но меня отправляли домой. Я был неудобным. Им проще было сказать, что я прогульщик, чем разбираться с моим здоровьем. В итоге меня просто отчислили «за прогулы». А потом колледж подал на меня в суд. Потребовали 13 тысяч рублей. Долго судились. Но когда судья сама назначила медкомиссию, всё встало на свои места. Врачи сказали: НЕ ГОДЕН. Работать на кране мне нельзя. И знаете, что сделал колледж? Увидел это заключение и просто сбежал! Не явился в суд. Отозвал иск. Директор колледжа сам подписал отказ, потому что понял — я был прав. Казалось бы, справедливость восторжествовала. Но нет. Сейчас идёт новый суд. Я просто хочу, чтобы в моих документах написали правду: «отчислен по состоянию здоровья». А не «прогульщик». И что вы думаете? Государственный колледж нанял против меня, обычного парня, адвоката Минской коллегии. Сегодня, 15 июля, было заседание. И этот адвокат начал меня просто уничтожать. Он зачитывал мои школьные характеристики! Кричал, что я манипулятор и мне нельзя доверять. Он делал всё, чтобы выставить меня плохим в глазах судьи. Но знаете, о чём он не сказал ни слова? Он ни слова не сказал о том, почему они допустили меня на кран без медосмотра. Они просто замалчивают этот факт. И самое наглое: адвокат заявил в суде, что колледж будет подавать протест в прокуратуру! Они хотят отменить решение суда и снова заставить меня платить 13 тысяч! Хотя САМИ ЖЕ от него отказались, когда увидели мой диагноз. Я стою в суде один. Против колледжа, предприятия и нанятого адвоката. Меня оскорбляют, на меня давят. Но я не сломаюсь. Потому что правда на моей стороне. Моя жизнь была в опасности, и я не дам сделать из себя виноватого. Я верю в справедливость. И пойду до конца. Zakhar told the instructors that he felt unwell, but in response, they simply started letting him leave practice earlier. The guy points out: before practice, he was not sent for a medical examination and was admitted to work simply with a certificate for physical education. The college, however, believes that Zakhar himself should have known about his condition.
As a result, the guy was expelled, explaining that he was allegedly a truant and therefore failed the industrial practice. And then the lawsuits began:
«They filed a claim against me to recover funds for tuition to the local budget. They requested 13,190 Belarusian rubles. We were in court for 2.5 months, and the court decided to send me for a medical commission — this was not at the initiative of the college, but at the initiative of the Leninsky District Court of Minsk».
That medical commission concluded that Zakhar was not suitable for practice, because it was simply dangerous for him. Then the college decided to withdraw the claim.
But Zakhar did not stop at a small victory and filed a lawsuit against the college himself. The guy demanded that the order for his admission to practice and his expulsion itself be declared illegal, and also that the wording about absences in the expulsion papers be changed. Zakhar admits that he sometimes missed practice, but wrote in his explanations that he was dizzy.
In response to his lawsuit, the college hired a lawyer, who decided to return to the same claim for 13,190 rubles. After the first hearings, Zakhar did not hide his emotions on TikTok:
«Aren't you ashamed? You yourselves, when you saw the diagnosis in court, withdrew the claim. And now, when I'm only asking you to correct my documents, because you said it could only be done through court, you hire a lawyer and try to crush me».
Zakhar says that at the court hearings, the lawyer read out his old characteristics, called the guy a truant and a manipulator. Meanwhile, Zakhar himself received a letter from officials stating that they had brought disciplinary action against the deputy director for industrial training and the master of industrial training — college employees who did not check whether he had a medical examination.
On August 19, the trials for the guy finally ended. Zakhar won again: his referral to practice and expulsion were declared illegal, and he won't have to return any money.
