A new ranking of airlines, entirely based on traveler votes, has emerged.
The 2026 Flyers’ Choice Awards from AirlineRatings.com recognize the best airlines in categories such as favorite budget airline, best livery design, best cabin crew uniform, favorite business class, and favorite economy class, reports Euronews.
This year's winner is Singapore Airlines.
The carrier won in four nominations: favorite economy class airline, best cabin crew service, best airline in Central and Southeast Asia, and the airline that provides the greatest sense of calm.
British low-cost airline easyJet shared third place among budget air carriers worldwide with Jetstar; first place went to Vietjet Air, and AirAsia took second.
airBaltic took sixth place in the category "Airline that provides the greatest sense of calm." The first three spots were taken by Singapore Airlines, Qantas, and Etihad Airways.
The favorite airlines in Europe were British Airways, Lufthansa, and KLM.
