Minsk CHPP-4 will be very noisy for two days

On September 18 and 21, commissioning works are scheduled on the main equipment of Minsk CHPP-4. During these works, an increase in noise level is possible, "Minskenergo" reported.

The works are carried out as part of the preparation of the capital's energy infrastructure for the autumn-winter period. Specialists will check the readiness of the equipment for high loads and the station's ability to uninterruptedly supply consumers with heat and electricity throughout the heating season.

The main equipment and control systems will also be checked. This will allow for early detection of possible hidden defects and technical deviations, as well as checking the operation of protection and interlocking systems.

Since additional noise may occur during technical operations, the works are scheduled mainly for daytime.
