A collective monograph on contemporary Belarus published in English

The British publisher Routledge has released the Routledge Handbook of Contemporary Belarus — a large interdisciplinary guide to contemporary Belarus edited by researcher Aliaksei Kazharski, Bellit.info reports .

The book collects works by researchers on Belarus's international position, the transformation of the political regime and protests, civil society, education and language policy, national minorities, as well as issues of history, identity, and historical memory.

Among the authors of the publication are Mirosław Jankowiak, Viktoryia Liaukavets, Maryia Danilovich, Henadz Korshunau, Volha Kananovich, Andrei Stsepanau, Volha Sasunkevich, Aliaksei Lastouski, Piotr Rudkouski, and others.

In total, the publication contains more than 20 thematic chapters that offer a broad perspective on Belarus from the viewpoint of political science, sociology, history, international relations, and other disciplines.
