Alexander Lukashenka congratulated the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva, on her birthday, writes BelTA.
“Your patriotism and selfless service to Azerbaijan, deep involvement and participation in key issues of national development evoke respect and admiration,” the congratulatory message states.
Lukashenka noted that Belarus highly values the personal contribution of the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan to strengthening the strategic partnership between Minsk and Baku, as well as to maintaining an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, thanks to which the relations between the two countries can rightly be considered a model of true friendship.
He wished Mehriban Aliyeva health, well-being, and inspiration for new achievements.
