During the inspection of a freight train entering Poland from Belarus via the railway crossing in Siemianówka, customs officers used an X-ray scanner. Analysis of its data showed that hidden goods might be present in a tanker with synthetic liquid resin.
As a result of the inspection, customs and tax service officers found almost 4,000 packs of Belarusian cigarettes. Their approximate market value was estimated at more than 77,000 Polish złoty (about 20,800 US dollars).
