The Economic Court of Minsk Region considered a dispute between businessman Yury Chyzh and his son Siarhei within the framework of the bankruptcy case of "Danprad" company. They disagreed on the candidacy of the new anti-crisis manager for the enterprise, writes Office Life.

The reason for the review was the dismissal of the previous liquidator – "Hvalya Biznesu" LLC. "Danprad" creditors and Siarhei Chyzh advocated for his replacement after the manager twice failed to present a liquidation plan that would satisfy all participants in the procedure.
When choosing a new manager, the positions of the father and son diverged. "Danprad's" main creditor is "Triple" company, which accounts for 59.5% of the claims in the register. Its General Director and owner of a 66.5% stake is Yury Chyzh. "Triple" proposed appointing "AlfaCrisisManagement" or individual entrepreneur Natallia Levankova as the manager.
Siarhei Chyzh, who was previously a participant in "Danprad", opposed these candidacies. He stated their possible affiliation with his father's interests. According to him, "AlfaCrisisManagement" had previously handled "Triple's" bankruptcy case, and Levankova was the manager in the bankruptcy case of JLLC "Gastsinny Mayentak" – a restaurant in the "Lahoisk" complex. In addition, the legal company "Levagus", whose deputy director is Levankova, was the manager in the bankruptcy case of "Biarozawski KSI". Siarhei Chyzh believed that such connections could hinder the independent conduct of the procedure.
As an alternative, he proposed the candidacies of "Atsenshchyk" and "Happy End" companies. Yury Chyzh's representatives tried to prevent this option, but the court settled on the "Atsenshchyk" candidacy. It was taken into account that the company has a small number of ongoing cases and also has the approval of the Valozhyn District tax inspection.
"Danprad" is an enterprise for the production of bacon pork in the Valozhyn district, established by Yury Chyzh's companies together with Danish investors. In May 2015, the enterprise reached its design capacity and at that time became the largest pig-breeding complex in Belarus. In May 2026, "Danprad" was declared bankrupt. Its debt amounted to almost 117 million rubles and significantly exceeded the value of its assets.
The dispute surrounding "Danprad's" bankruptcy is one of the episodes in the prolonged division of assets of Yury Chyzh's business empire. In recent years, the corporate conflict between family members has repeatedly moved into the legal sphere.
