From 17 to 25 years in a penal colony. Among those sentenced are a former security officer, a BNTU lecturer, and a former lieutenant colonel of the Military Academy.

The verdict was delivered on October 26, reported by Viasna. In total, nine articles of the Criminal Code were featured in the case. All three were found guilty of "treason" and "organizing the activities of a terrorist organization and participating in it".
According to information human rights defenders received from Ageyev's and Vasilevsky's cellmates, their persecution is linked to the BYPOL initiative. In 2022, the Supreme Court declared it a "terrorist organization".
32-year-old Henrykh Ageyev is a former security officer from the Brest region. He was detained in February 2024 in Crimea. According to a former cellmate, Ageyev said he went there allegedly on an assignment from BYPOL representative Aliaksandr Azarau.
For about seven months, the Belarusian was held in the FSB pre-trial detention center along with Ukrainian prisoners of war. All this time, his whereabouts remained unknown. According to a cellmate, Ageyev was beaten and tortured, and in September 2024, he was taken to Belarus — the journey took a day, and the man was transported with a bag over his head.
In addition to "treason" and charges related to a "terrorist organization," he was also charged with preparing and attempting an act of terrorism, as well as disabling transport or communication routes.

He worked in the Department of Electrical Supply, and since 2017, he was included in the Register of Forensic Experts for construction and technical expertise. He was detained in September 2025. Initially, he was held in the KGB pre-trial detention center, later transferred to Pre-Trial Detention Center No. 1.
