In Shklov, before "Dazhynki," the famous house with prayers was painted over
The facade of a house in the center of Shklov, which the owner had been decorating for years with his own prayers, was covered with blue paint.

As reported by "MogilevOnline," the famous house on Leninskaya Street was painted over on the eve of "Dazhynki." Previously, its walls were almost entirely covered with religious inscriptions — from foundation to roof.

Earlier, journalists from the publication visited the house and briefly spoke with the author of the inscriptions — Alexander, who lives with his mother. It turned out that not only the facade, fence, and outbuildings were covered with prayers, but also the inner walls, furniture, and ceiling. The man also embroiders prayer texts on his clothes.

Alexander composes them himself: during prayer, he feels a surge of thoughts and begins to write them down as if dictated.
In his texts, he asks for mercy for "minor sinners" and punishment for "incorrigible enemies."

Alexander did not tell the publication about himself, but his neighbor, who has known him for a long time, said that Alexander graduated from a police school, worked in Moscow, and after returning to Shklov, served in the police and was a guard at a local prison. According to her, the man became very pious after he was beaten "either by prisoners or by someone else." But since then, he allegedly became "so pious."
“But he is absolutely harmless, and what he writes on the fences — let him be. He never did harm to anyone. Any local will tell you that,” the woman assured.
