Zelenskyy: Ukraine, US, and Russia Trilateral Meeting Set for Early November
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the results of talks with representatives of US President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. They discussed the results of previous meetings in Oslo and St. Petersburg, as well as how further diplomacy will be conducted in November.

“We agreed to hold a trilateral meeting at the team level – Ukraine, the US, and Russia. We plan to meet in the first half of November. We are ready to do it any day, even tomorrow. But everything depends on the Russians. We also expected a trilateral meeting in October, but it didn't happen because the Russians came up with another reason not to meet,” Zelenskyy reported.
In his opinion, everyone now needs to focus on ensuring these meetings take place – together with America, Europe, and all other partners. At the same time, the President of Ukraine is confident that without US participation or without American pressure on Russia, they would hardly be possible.
“Therefore, we very much expect that the United States will continue to give this issue priority attention at all levels,” he emphasized.
He also expressed confidence that it is necessary to move from trilateral talks at the technical level to a meeting of leaders, as key issues can only be resolved at the highest level.
At the same time, Zelenskyy confirmed that speed restrictions for Starlink and Starshield for Ukraine are still in effect. Delays also continue with the delivery of interceptor missiles, necessary for defense against Russian ballistic missiles.
