Elite Residential Complex «Maestro» in Minsk Commissioned

Construction of the elite residential complex «Maestro» in Minsk, which had been built on Bahushevich Square since autumn 2019, has been completed and the complex has been commissioned. This was announced by the developer LLC «Gastsevy Dom» (Guest House) in its Telegram channel.

«The official part of the administrative procedures has been completed. The conclusion of the State Construction Supervision has been signed, and the act of commissioning has been signed», — the company reported.

In the coming days, the developer will contact all equity holders to coordinate further deadlines and actions for registering property rights to real estate objects.

In 2017, the company «Gastsevy Dom» (Guest House) received a plot opposite the Musical Comedy Theater instead of old barracks.

The deadlines for commissioning the RC «Maestro» were repeatedly postponed.

Apartment sales in the residential complex started at approximately $2000 per square meter, but by the time construction was completed, the cost per square meter had reached $3500—4000 equivalent.
