Sergey Novitsky, General Director of LLC "Henkel Bautechnik", is also no longer a member, Reform.news noted.

Vladimir Kulbyankov, Anatoly Lysyuk, Valentin Pikul, Sergey Padgaysky, Igor Ryshkevich, and Andrey Sidarov have become new members of the council.
