A resource has appeared where you can easily check a person or channel against the list of extremists
How does it work?

A new resource has appeared where you can quickly check if a specific person, channel, or organization is in the databases of extremists compiled by the authorities.
The resource, created by activists, is called ekstremisty.xyz. To find what you are interested in, enter the name or description of the channel, or the person's surname in the search.
The database on the website is updated promptly when the lists of extremists are replenished.
Every night, the website downloads documents from the websites of the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and updates the status (but, of course, new names and entries in the extremist databases do not appear every day).

“We don’t know what or whom you are looking for: when you open a page with the list, we pull all the records, so if you are looking for something, we don’t need to send your request anywhere; everything happens in your browser. To verify, you can turn off Wi-Fi before searching. We have no tracking and will not have any,” the website states.
The Belarusian authorities consider independent channels and media as "extremist"; the list of extremists also includes everyone convicted in a criminal case for political reasons.
