MIA declared «Forvater's Chat» an extremist formation

By decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated February 24, the formation «Forvater's Chat» was recognized. Dzmitry Zuyeu and Uladzislau Butvyankou are mentioned in connection with this formation.

By a decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated February 24, the «Beseda Forvatera» was recognized as an extremist formation. In connection with this formation, Dmitry Zuev and 19-year-old Vladislav Butvyankov are mentioned.

It is noteworthy that the police have already noticed the third «extremist formation» around Butvyankov. Previously, the guy was considered involved in the esoteric project Sandӓr, where memes of dubious character were published, as well as in the Mogilev knight's club «Borisfen».

Most likely, Butvyankov was arrested in November 2025.
