An apartment in a block of residential houses in the agro-town of Azyarany, Rogachev district, turned out to be so unwanted by anyone that it was sold at auction virtually for a basic value, the State Property Committee reports on the "successful bidding".

The object had been on the list of lots since 2025 and went through all stages of price reduction. As a result, it was put up for auction at a price equal to the basic value.
On February 26, 2026, an auction took place, during which the buyer made a 5% bid increment. Considering this, the final price was 47 rubles — the basic value plus the bidding increment.
The State Property Committee does not report details about what kind of apartment this is and why it was so unwanted.
