Dietitian-blogger Iryna Yablonskaya published a story in which Sviatlana Statsenka, Ksenia Sitnik's mother, answers questions about her grandson.
— I was in Prague. I saw, thank God, my beloved daughter and my wonderful first grandson. His name is Amir, because the father is Tatar, and Ksyukha (Ksenia) is Belarusian. But here's what I'll tell you: as soon as I entered the house, as soon as I opened the door, the first question from my daughter was: "Mom, did you bring salo (cured pork fat)?". I said: "May I come in?". She: "If you have salo — come in!"
Sviatlana laughs that she indeed brought salo to the Czech Republic. According to her, Ksenia's second question was whether her mother would cook borscht for her: "Mommy, please: our Belarusian borscht, with a little sour cream, with garlic, with onions..."

Earlier, Sviatlana published a touching photo with her grandson on Instagram: "Now I will learn again to notice snails on the grass, to be surprised by the first snow, and to genuinely laugh at simple things! I have received a personal 'ticket' to childhood. Now I will learn to be that 'quiet harbor' where it is always warm and safe! Now it has become clearly understandable to me that my life is endless! I see in this little one not only the features of my children, but also my own! Now I can simply enjoy the fact that you exist!"
