Applicants can submit an application to participate in centralized testing either by filling out an electronic form on the website of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control, or in person, by visiting one of the registration points.

You must have with you an identity document (a copy of the document) (passport, identification card, residence permit, refugee certificate), or a certificate issued in case of loss (theft) of the document, writes BelTA.
Legal representatives of underage applicants can also do this at the registration point by presenting an identity document (a copy of the document), a document confirming their status as a legal representative, and a copy of the applicant's identity document. Applicants' representatives acting on the basis of a power of attorney can also submit an application for participation in CT.
The cost of participation in CT for one subject is four rubles 50 kopecks. Payment can be made via ERIP.
After payment, the applicant, no later than April 22, must personally collect their pass for each subject, having an identity document with them. Passes must be collected at the registration point where the applicant submitted the application for participation in CT in person, or at one of the registration points operating on the basis of testing points where the applicant plans to undergo CT, in case the application was submitted through the pre-registration system.
An applicant registered for participation in the Centralized Exam (CE), which is conducted in the year of undergoing CT, in two academic subjects, has the right to register for CT in no more than one other academic subject of the entrance examination.
An applicant registered for participation in CE in one academic subject has the right to register for CT in no more than two other academic subjects. Applicants not registered for participation in CE in the year of undergoing CT have the right to register for CT in no more than three academic subjects of entrance examinations.
CE and CT will be held on unified dates for 2026 graduates, past years' graduates, and college graduates. Thus, May 26 will see CE for a subject of choice for 11th-graders and CT for a subject of choice for past years' graduates and college graduates.
CE in Belarusian or Russian language for 11th-graders and CT in Belarusian or Russian language for past years' graduates and college graduates will be held on May 29.
Also, June 2 and 5 will see CT for a subject of choice for all applicants.
Reserve days for CT are set for June 18, 20, 22. Reserve days for CE are June 20, 22, other dates are August 17, 19.
Registration for CT on reserve days will be available from June 8 to 11.
Registration points for CT will operate from 9:00 to 19:00, on Saturdays (April 11, April 18) - from 9:00 to 18:00. The start time for CT, including on reserve days, is 11:00.
CT certificates will be issued to applicants at the testing points starting from July 1.
