The document expands the list of information that must be entered into a special register of carriers. If the required information is not available, the activity will be considered illegal.
New grounds for suspending the work of carriers are also being introduced. Among them are failure to submit a tax declaration, tax arrears, or submission of inaccurate information. This is done to combat one-day firms.
In addition, it is prohibited to use the transport of carriers who have been excluded from the register for violations. They will be able to return to the register no earlier than three months.
Another change is an expanded list of transportation services to which previous rules, defined by decree No. 32 of January 25, 2024, "On Road Passenger Transport," do not apply.
