Belarusian coach Aleksey Shpilevsky to receive $265,000 for dismissal from Russian outsider club
The press service of the Nizhny Novgorod club "Pari NN" officially announced the departure of Belarusian coach Aleksey Shpilevsky.

"Pari NN" will pay Aleksey Shpilevsky 20 million Russian rubles (about 265 thousand dollars).
Aleksey Shpilevsky took charge of "Pari NN" in June 2025, after another Belarusian coach, Viktor Goncharenko, was dismissed from there. Before that, Shpilevsky spent three years managing the Cypriot club "Aris" from Limassol, with whom he became Cypriot champion and in 2023 was recognized as the best coach of the Cypriot championship.
At "Pari NN", Shpilevsky received 60 thousand euros per month. His direct salary as a Belarusian was 57,800 euros, but he also received another 2,200 euros for apartment rent.
The results for the 37-year-old Belarusian were dismal, defeat after defeat. With three rounds remaining, the club occupies the penultimate spot, four points behind 12th place, and two points behind 14th, which will play in promotion/relegation play-offs.
Dismissing Shpilevsky was expensive. The contract stipulated that if, given the current results, the coach was fired before the New Year, he would have to be paid 800,000 euros in compensation. If after the New Year — approximately 240,000 euros.
