The achievement of local culinary specialists was entered into the national registry of the Book of Records of Belarus.
Chef Gulnar Sadygova said that the record was not specifically planned initially. The idea was simply to prepare a large khachapuri for colleagues so that everyone would have enough.
As a result, the dish turned out to be 71 centimeters long and weighed 4.8 kilograms.
How to name the record-breaking dish has not yet been finally decided. One of the options is "Brest khachapuri." Especially since the cheese for it was made independently from Belarusian milk.
