And shared why he didn't admit to his new job for a long time.

Singer Aliaksei Khliastou told the YouTube channel "Opushka" about his path to becoming a taxi driver.
The singer shared that since the end of 2021, he has been unable to perform concerts or work as a teacher or producer. He sent résumés to various companies, but everyone told him that for certain reasons, they couldn't hire him.
When the family had used up all their financial cushion, Khliastou decided to become a taxi driver. He explains that many people go into this work, and besides, he loves driving cars.
Aliaksei transports passengers in a BMW, while his son drives an electric car. Khliastou himself suggested his son go into taxi driving, as it was an interesting way to earn money.
By the way, his brother Andrei also works as a taxi driver.
The singer says that not everyone immediately believes it's him behind the wheel. People start looking closely in the mirror and then check the driver's profile to make sure they are indeed being driven by Khliastou.
Aliaksei didn't admit for a long time that he had changed professions. He explains: it was psychologically difficult to accept that his main profession was no longer an artist.
"I lived thanks to the stage, I lived thanks to the audience. It's hard to feel that you can't continue working on stage. I would say... let's call it a death sentence. It was tough, and I miss the stage," he is sincere.
