Tsikhanouskaya held a briefing for ambassadors and special representatives
Representatives of Lithuania, Ireland, Italy, Moldova, Latvia, the Netherlands, Israel, Finland, Estonia, Croatia, Great Britain, Sweden, France, Spain, Norway, Romania, USA, Germany, Japan, Poland, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, and the Nordic Council participated in the briefing, her press service reports.

The meeting took place at the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya in Vilnius. Tsikhanouskaya emphasized that the Office continues its work, and Lithuania remains one of the closest and most important partners of the democratic forces:
“I am very glad that I am holding this briefing here, in our Office in Vilnius. I want to emphasize that, despite the expansion of our activities in Poland, the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya remains a single and indivisible institution. And I am deeply grateful to Lithuania for preserving our diplomatic accreditation.”
The main topics of the meeting were: the release of political prisoners, the legalization of Belarusians abroad, the work of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's Office in Lithuania and Poland, international pressure on the regime, and countering transnational repression.
Tsikhanouskaya specifically thanked Poland for its support and solidarity with Belarusians, the USA for its efforts to release political prisoners, Sweden, Norway, and Germany for their support of civil society and independent media. She also thanked Spain for recognizing expired Belarusian passports, Moldova for participating in the release of prisoners, and Lithuania for the initiative to hold the Lukashenka regime accountable through the International Criminal Court.
