Former director of Orsha airfield found working for businessman close to Lukashenka
Businessman Sergei Teterin has organized a refuge for corrupt officials — he gathers dismissed functionaries in his projects near Alexandria, noted the channel "Vitebsk, I'm Walking".

Businessman Sergei Teterin, close to Alexander Lukashenka, continues to employ former executives and officials who lost their positions due to criminal cases.
"Vitbichi" published an article stating that Nikolai Chervinsky, the former director of Orsha airfield, now works as deputy head of SFH "Start TS," which belongs to Sergei Teterin, who is close to Lukashenka.
In autumn 2025, it became known that Chervinsky became a suspect in a criminal case: he was accused of using subordinates at his own dacha. He was soon dismissed. And now he has found himself in a good place.
This is not the first time Teterin has harbored executives with a corruption trail. Andrei Konstantinov, the former deputy chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, and Sergei Saragovets, the former director of Glubokoe MCC, have both found refuge at his residence near Kopys.
Andrei Konstantinov, the former deputy chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, works as an assistant manager at the same "Start TS". He was dismissed from public service and faced criminal prosecution under an anti-corruption article. In 2023, Konstantinov was tried under a corruption article — he received a 4-year suspended sentence. However, the sanction of this article usually also includes a ban on holding managerial positions.
Another ex-executive with a criminal past — Sergei Saragovets, the former director of the Glubokoe Dairy Canning Plant, headed Teterin's projects in the village of Kopys, which is officially considered Lukashenka's homeland.
Earlier, Saragovets was summoned to court in a case concerning damage to the enterprise, writes the Telegram channel. He now manages the company he registered, "Milkkopp Start," which initially restored the operation of a local cheese factory and recently opened a bakery.
