According to the results of last year, Belarus became the largest importer of Russian wine. As reported by RBC, in 2025, the increase in its imports in tons amounted to 3.6% (to 1.2 thousand tons), and in monetary terms — 28.3% (to 2.334 million dollars).

In 2025, Belarus surpassed Kazakhstan, where sales of Russian products decreased by 12.6%.
The top 5 importers of Russian wines based on last year's results are:
- Belarus — 2.3 million dollars (+28.3%);
- China — 1.6 million (+35.7%);
- Kazakhstan — 1.5 million (+1.8%);
- Kyrgyzstan — 0.4 million (+69%);
- Turkey — 0.4 million (8.2%).
It can be assumed that a portion of Russian wine products includes those produced in the annexed Ukrainian Crimea.
