Belarusian woman harvested 90 kilograms of watermelons from one planted seed
A Belarusian woman from Vawkavysk boasted about an unusual watermelon harvest. She grows different varieties and this year decided to determine which of them yielded the largest harvest, writes Tochka.by.
The woman admits that simply growing a watermelon is no longer interesting to her. She strives to get as many fruits as possible from a minimal area with little care. She shared the results of her experiment on TikTok.
In her beds, she now has late-ripening large watermelons, as well as small, non-standard fruits weighing up to 3 kg.
Third place went to the "Talisman" variety — seven watermelons yielded 75.2 kg. Second was "El Wafi": 11 watermelons together weighed 83.4 kg.
And the winner was the "Romanza" variety. From one bush, the woman collected 10 watermelons with a total weight of 89.2 kg.
The Belarusian woman admitted that she herself was surprised by such a result and said: "I simply can't believe it."
