Trump doesn't believe in the possibility of a Russian attack on NATO countries
US President Donald Trump stated that he is not afraid of a possible Russian attack on NATO countries and believes that Moscow will not attack Alliance territory, Axios reports , citing a phone interview with him.
Earlier, reports emerged that CIA Director John Ratcliffe, during a secret visit to Moscow on August 25, might have conveyed a warning to Russian authorities not to attack NATO countries. However, Trump denies this.
According to him, Ratcliffe's meeting with Russian intelligence chief Sergey Naryshkin was routine, and such contacts occur approximately once every six months or year. Trump emphasized that no special message was conveyed to Moscow.
When asked about a possible Russian provocation against NATO, the American president replied: «I am not at all concerned about that. There are no problems.» He later added: «They are not going to attack NATO territory.»
Earlier, some American and European media reported that Ratcliffe might have warned Russia against the inadmissibility of escalation against Alliance countries, including Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. It was also stated that during the talks, the war in Ukraine and Russian military and economic support for Iran were discussed.
Meanwhile, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the main topic of Ratcliffe's meeting in Moscow was relations between the US and Russia, and the issue of ending the war in Ukraine was only one of the discussed topics.

Смешно, после экстренного заседания с участием Тилерсона, Минстра Войны и их замов, по возвращении из Москвы, после этого заседания, Министерство Войны США собрало аккредитованных, военных аташе из стран НАТО Европы и обязало представить план по выводу американского, военного контингента США из стран НАТО Европы.
Тогда действительно не было никакого "ультиматума" Тилерсона, а было уточнение позиции духа Анкориджа.
Ведь, если ждут нападения на страну НАТО в Европе с стороны России, то военный контингент США в странах НАТО Европы не сокращают и не выводят, а наоборот наращивают !
Как трамп слил путину Украину в Анкоридже, так и содьёт ему страны Балтии после визита Тилерсона в Москву....
