Overpass on Timiryazeva in Minsk planned for completion by year-end

The construction of the overpass in the area of Timiryazeva and Kolesnikova streets in Minsk is 80-85% complete. The Minsk City Executive Committee expects to finish all works by the end of 2026.

The last span structure remains to be installed. A total of 12 are planned. This stage is expected to be completed by October 20.

Concurrently, the monolithic casting of joints and beams in the span will begin, along with the installation of the last expansion joint. These works are expected to be completed by November 10. By the same time, the remaining beams in the pedestrian zones are planned to be installed and monolithically cast simultaneously.

As reported by Sergey Paniev, director of "Gardarbud", step-free ramps and sidewalks are provided for pedestrians on both sides of the overpass. One of the sidewalks will be combined with a bicycle path.

After this, the laying of all layers of asphalt concrete pavement will begin.
