Ukrainians destroyed Russian plane and helicopter

The Ukrainian General Staff reported the destruction of a Russian MiG-29 fighter jet in the area of the "Millerovo" airfield in Rostov Oblast. A Ka-27 helicopter was also destroyed near the "Yeysk" airfield in Krasnodar Krai.

In addition to aviation equipment, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck several Russian military targets. In particular, damage to an arms depot in Volodymyrivka in the occupied part of Donetsk Oblast, a logistics depot in Ocheretyne, and a concentration point for weapons and military equipment in Rechytsa, Bryansk Oblast, was reported.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces reported an attack on the Russian Shagol airfield in Chelyabinsk Oblast. According to their information, four units of aviation equipment were damaged then – two Su-57 fighter jets, a Su-34, and another Su-family aircraft whose modification could not be determined. The strike was carried out approximately 1700 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
