2849 people arrived from Belarus for permanent residence.

According to the results of 2025, Poland set a new record for population migration gain. This is evidenced by data from the Central Statistical Office, writes Reform.news.
In 2025, 10,181 people left Poland for permanent residence, and 21,087 people arrived in the country. The migration gain amounted to 10,906 people.
The main contribution was made by migration exchange with Belarus and Ukraine. Thus, 5 people left Poland for Belarus, while 2,849 people arrived from Belarus for permanent residence. 39 people left for Ukraine, and 6,397 people arrived from that country.
A significant outflow is observed only in the direction of Germany. Last year, 3,129 people left Poland for Germany, while 2,656 people arrived from there.
Migration exchange with the United Kingdom, once one of the main destinations for Poles, is now in Poland's favor. Last year, 2,247 people left for the United Kingdom, and 2,496 people arrived from there.
