Major renovation of the house that burned on Lenin Street in Minsk will be carried out in 2027
Works have been completed in Minsk on restoring the roof of the residential building on Lenin Street, which was damaged in June as a result of a serious fire.

Anatoly Vyadyorchik, General Director of Minskstroy, spoke about the details of the completed works, as reported by Minsk News.
According to Anatoly Vyadyorchik, emergency measures were taken immediately after the fire.
— All our organizations responded to first install a temporary roof and prevent apartments from being flooded. We involved five organizations: all our trusts and Minskremstroy — and completed it in literally 10 days, — said the General Director of Minskstroy.
He noted that all works on installing the new roof have been completed.
— Drawings from the 1950s, when the house was built, were used as the basis for developing the project. We carried out construction in parallel, while the designers refined some components, as changes have occurred since then, including in building codes, — explained Anatoly Vyadyorchik.
In addition to installing the roof, builders insulated it and repaired the ventilation shafts. Currently, specialists are surveying the building to prepare it for further works.
— Next year, a major renovation of this house will be carried out. Our organizations will also undertake it, — added the General Director of Minskstroy.
