"I really miss the quality." A blogger from Belarus told what she didn't like after moving to Yekaterinburg
Her post was noticed by the local press — over a hundred comments gathered under the publication, including some not-so-welcoming ones, suggesting she go back.

Blogger Helya — Angelina Shigalyova, who previously worked as a correspondent for STB, moved from Belarus to Russia and shared what she likes and dislikes about her new city.
In her post, Helya compares life in Belarus and Yekaterinburg. One of the things she finds hard to get used to is the local dairy products.
"I really miss the quality of Belarusian products. Tasty milk, sour cream. Of course, Belarusian products are also available here, but they are several times more expensive," she says.
Another complaint is traffic jams. According to the blogger, Yekaterinburg has many remote areas from which it is difficult to get to the center.
"Yes, they exist in Minsk too, but they don't feel the same as here." The road to the center, according to her, can take an hour.
What she likes, however, is payment via QR codes: you can pay with your phone without carrying a wallet. Another plus is enclosed courtyards without cars. She herself lives in one such courtyard.
On October 24, her post was retold by the Yekaterinburg portal E1.RU. The publication gathered about 180 comments. And there wasn't only support.
"Why did you come here then if it's so bad with us?" one reader wrote.
"Go back. Helya, you don't belong here," another reacted.
Some commentators moved on to discussing her appearance and speech: "Pretty, but poorly educated," someone retaliated for Yekaterinburg.
