"Are you playing politics again? We are watching you," wrote the Polish Foreign Minister.

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski publicly addressed Elon Musk after SpaceX restricted the operation of Starlink terminals during movement in Ukraine.
"Hey, big man, are you playing politics again with your products? Like your European customers, we are watching you," wrote Sikorski.
At the same time, Poland pays for some of the Starlink terminals used by Ukraine.
In March 2025, Sikorski publicly clashed with Musk over Starlink for the AFU. He reminded that Poland pays about $50 million a year for satellite communication for Ukraine, and threatened to seek another provider, recalls UNIAN.
Musk replied: "Shut up, little man. You pay a negligible fraction of the cost. And there is no replacement for Starlink." Later, Musk assured that he does not intend to disconnect Starlink for Ukraine.
In August 2026, Sikorski again threatened to review payments to SpaceX, this time over Poland's exclusion from the European Starlink roaming zone. He accused the company of discriminating against Polish users.
