39-year-old Yulia Nikitsina (Nazarenka) worked in the housing and communal services system for many years, and then became a lawyer. She was recently convicted under a political article and sent to prison.
Yulia Nikitsina was born in 1987, registered in the village of Kastrychnitski, Smalyavichy district.
She worked for a long time as a lawyer in the housing and communal services system and at the local bakery, and later obtained a license and joined the Legal Consultation of Smalyavichy District (Minsk Regional Bar Association).
Yulia loved to travel to exotic countries — she flew to Sri Lanka and Tanzania. During a trip to Zanzibar in December 2024, all her money and documents were stolen from her hotel, after which the woman even wrote a thank you to Belarusian diplomats who helped her return home.
The woman stopped appearing on Telegram after January 19, 2026.
Yulia was convicted under Article 361 of the Criminal Code — "calls for actions harmful to Belarus."
The exact nature of the charges is unknown, but the verdict has already come into force — Nikitsina is now in a penal colony.
