According to the European official and former Prime Minister of Estonia, Ukraine wants the war to end, and therefore depriving Russia of export oil products and war financing is the right path.

“Most of Russia's war financing comes from oil revenues. (...) We must put pressure on the aggressor to stop the war, not force the victim to capitulate. Putting pressure on Ukraine is the wrong approach,” Kaja Kallas stated at the EU summit in Brussels.
