Zelenskyy announced the existence of three documents concerning the end of the war in Ukraine
Washington agrees that security guarantees for Ukraine should be formalized as a law approved by the US Congress.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the existence of three documents concerning the end of the war in Ukraine.
According to him, one such document is a 20‑point «peace plan» which is constantly changing. The other two are security guarantees for Ukraine and a post-war reconstruction project for the country, which «should work after the war ends or a ceasefire is reached.»
Zelenskyy clarified that Washington agrees that security guarantees for Ukraine should be formalized as a law approved by the US Congress.
«The Americans told us the following: they want Ukraine to have realistic security guarantees this time, approved by Congress, so that we truly feel it, so that we have weapons, and if necessary, sanctions are applied, so that we have air defense, and that it follows the model of Article Five [of the NATO Charter], however, we have not yet worked out these details,» said the President of Ukraine.
