Larisa Dolina must vacate the apartment in Khamovniki. The court granted the claims of the buyer Polina Lurie.
The court granted the claims of the apartment buyer Polina Lurie against Larisa Dolina and members of her family regarding the termination of the right to use the residential premises, according to the press service of Moscow courts.
The decision has come into force — the singer, her daughter, and granddaughter are being removed from registration.
Last summer, Dolina, under the influence of fraudsters, sold her apartment and transferred the 112 million Russian rubles she received for it to them. However, Dolina then managed to have the transaction declared fictitious, and the court confiscated the apartment from the buyer Polina Lurie and returned it to the artist.
After this, the singer faced public condemnation, and cases where a seller tries to challenge a transaction, claiming to be a victim of fraudsters, began to be called the "Dolina effect."
On December 16, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the apartment buyer Polina Lurie and ordered consideration of the issue of the singer's eviction.
Earlier, Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko stated that Dolina had asked to be allowed to stay in the apartment until March 1 of next year, but her client refused.
The court ordered her to vacate by January 13.
