Access to websites of popular crypto exchanges restricted in Belarus
On December 10, the websites of several well-known crypto exchanges – Bitget, ByBit, and OKX – stopped working in Belarus. Their domains were added to the list of restricted access, which is maintained by the State Inspectorate for Electro-Communications "BelDIE".

The decision to block these resources was made by the Ministry of Information. A little earlier, on December 5, the website of the Smart Mining bot was added to the same list – at the request of the Investigative Committee.
ByBit users from Belarus began to complain on this day that the site was not opening, as noted by "Zerkalo". This particularly affected "Beltelecom" customers, who, instead of the exchange page, saw a message stating that access was restricted by a decision of a competent state body. Some people, however, say they have already found ways to bypass the blocking.
ByBit and OKX were founded by people from China, but their offices are located in various countries.
