The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) found "extremist symbols" on the online platforms of two marketplaces operating in Belarus.

It is reported that the monitoring concerned various goods — flags, badges, stickers and other items, containing elements that allegedly can be considered attributes of "extremism". They were found on the marketplaces AliExpress (China) and Joom (Latvia).
The materials based on the monitoring results were sent to law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Information.
Earlier, MART had already raised concerns about the operation of these online platforms, which only display information about third-party goods and provide the opportunity to purchase them.
