Belarusians are offered to sign a contract for the 'SMO' — promising 'easy service'
The resource "доброволец-центр.рф" is looking for volunteers to participate in the so-called "SMO", including among Belarusians. The website lists over 100 cities in Belarus, among them — Grodno, Lida, and Navahrudak, noted Hrodna Life.

They will receive a plot of land and 'veteran' status
Before submitting an application, the website lists the "advantages" of signing a contract. Participants are promised a land plot of 10 ares valued at 1 million Russian rubles (37 thousand Belarusian rubles), 1.5 million Russian rubles (55.5 thousand Belarusian rubles) upon signing the contract, as well as the status of "combat veteran and all benefits". The website does not clarify in which country the plots will be issued.
Participants are also promised credit and tax holidays, state-funded places for children's education in universities, and a 50% compensation for utility payments.
The salary of a fighter "in the SMO zone" is from 210 thousand Russian rubles (7.7 thousand Belarusian rubles), but the frequency of payments is not specified on the website.
The website's FAQ notes that non-Russian citizens can also sign a contract — in which case, they will be granted citizenship within two weeks.
Participants are promised paid travel to the place of service, accommodation and food, as well as the issuance of "additional ammunition" upon entry into service.
They will accept those with criminal records and without documents
If documents are missing, they will be restored; if there are "problems with the law — they will be resolved". They are ready to consider applications from candidates whose age does not exceed 64 years.
To submit an application, only a surname, first name, and mobile phone number are required.
Potential 'SMO' participants are offered to "make a choice in favor of stability".
A manual for Belarusians to enter the combat zone has been created
The website contains instructions for Belarusians on how to get to the "SMO". To do this, you need to fill out a form and choose a vacancy. Then — undergo an interview, where details are discussed: "terms, tasks, and service specifics". The final stage is the signing of a volunteer contract, which officially formalizes a Belarusian's participation in the "SMO".
