«On June 27th, I have a grandiose solo concert on October Square. I want to gather 50 thousand spectators. And I know how to do it. And the concert will be called "Antonovich Presents"», — Alexander Saladukha told about his creative plans in an interview with ONT.
According to the artist, the idea for the concert came to him when he, together with the young star Nastya Kravchenko, shot a music video for the song «Nastya-Sasha». Saladukha admitted that stepping out of his usual genre was not easy for him:
«I wanted to leave the studio about 50 times. The same on the set. But an inner voice constantly told me: "Don't do it, you'll come home, bite your elbows, and appear weak in the eyes of the young guys"», — the singer candidly shared.
Saladukha admits that producer Sergey Minsk helped him decide to record: «I say — I can't do it on one note, on one chord. It's not my style. He says — you have to. It will be a bomb».
According to Saladukha, it was the phrase from the song «Antonovich, don't even dream» that gave him the idea for the name of the upcoming concert:
«Not "Alexander Saladukha — 40 years on stage", but "Antonovich Presents". This will intrigue».
As the singer states, he plans to invite a number of well-known bloggers and performers to his concert and hold it during the day in June, when schools and universities have graduation parties:
«I want to invite only youth. Dim Dimych, Vlad Kobyakov, Nastya Kravchenko, the band «Drazdy» have already confirmed. [The concert is planned] in June, when schools and universities have graduation parties, the concert will be during the day. I must see everyone's eyes and hands. And I believe that we will gather this square. Their fans will come for them, mine will come for me. But specifically youth».
In the interview, Saladukha said that he came up with a phrase that will appear in the concert announcements:
