In July, representatives of the gas supply service arrived at the home of a 47-year-old man who had not paid for gas for over a year. During the conversation, the Brest resident began to threaten the gas workers with violence, after which they called the police. And when the police arrived, the intoxicated man took two knives and advanced towards them.
Even neighbors, who had gathered due to the noise, tried to calm the unruly man, but it didn't help. As a result, law enforcement officers shot him in the legs. Ammunition was also found during a search of his apartment.
