«F**k, help me, for f**k's sake, Alexander Grigoryevich!» A Bobruisk resident, forced by his wife, recorded a meme-worthy appeal to Lukashenka
The genre of «petitions to Lukashenka from ordinary people» via social media is becoming popular in the regions. And although Lukashenka, of course, does not react to them, local authorities might get flustered. Recently, arguably the most extraordinary cry from the soul of this kind appeared on TikTok from Bobruisk.
Multitasker Oleg Budnik from Bobruisk, clearly intoxicated and unrestrained in his expressions, convinces Lukashenka that although he «drank and partied», the «car is not his» and he was not behind the wheel. Budnik does not recount the whole story, but its meaning can be understood from the context. Lukashenka's help is required to strengthen his negotiating position in a conflict with local traffic police officers.
During the appeal, a woman can be seen walking behind Budnik with an indifferent expression.

«I appeal to the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenka. I was fined… I was not drunk behind the wheel! It's not my car!
Forgive me, please, for f**k's sake. But… why the hell, for f**k's sake, should I pay a 9,000 fine, for f**k's sake? They gave me a 9,000 fine… I appeal to the president!»
(For ease of understanding Oleg Budnik's monologue, we have removed 23 instances of «нах**» and 10 instances of «бл**зь» from the subsequent quote, as they carry no semantic load — **NN**)
Is this not allowed? So, yes, I was drinking, yes, I was partying. But I wasn't behind the wheel. I'll appeal to you again, Alexander Grigoryevich. Help me. Because it's useless to prove. Nothing helps. Nothing helps at all.
Help! Alexander Grigoryevich, if you have a humane attitude towards the law, if you love your people… Let's… let's do this too… Yes… Well, I wasn't behind that wheel. I'm ready to take a polygraph… But a lie detector isn't proof. Well, how… how can this be?
Well, how can this be, the traffic police don't understand. They don't want to… they don't want to understand that I wasn't behind the wheel. Honestly, can I… Oh… I don't know how to say it. I'm just a person. Simple. A simple person.
I appeal to the President of the Republic of Belarus. Help. Or don't… or won't you help… Or are there no laws in our country. Well, I think there aren't. I think there are no laws in our country.
I appeal to the president. If he hears me, I hope. Or there's no law. Or, as you say, corruption. So, there was corruption. They bribed. I don't know what they did there. Oh my. So. I appeal.»
After the first appeal, Budnik also published a second one, shorter and with the same content, but an important detail emerged.
In the last second, turning to his live-in partner, Oleg exclaims in exasperation: «F**k… That's it? Satisfied?» From this, it becomes clear who insisted on this method of saving the family budget.
What happened to the author and his live-in partner now is unknown. The recordings have disappeared from TikTok.
